Refund policy for exotic travel trips

Note: Full payment is due forty (40) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any cancellation made forty (40) days or less to the scheduled arrival will constitute forfeiture of the first night’s deposit. No refunds if the cancellation is made less than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A 5% fee will be charged in any cases if the reservation was made with a credit card in addition to any other penalties. There are no refunds for no-show reservations, partial reservations, group members that’s do not show or for early departure from hotel.
